50% to start

Half of the agreed setup fee is due at kickoff.

50% on completion

The remaining setup fee is due on acceptance, before launch.

Ongoing work, separately

Any recurring service begins at launch, under the agreed billing plan.

Currencies use separate approved price books, not automatic conversion. Service options are proposal-only; no payment is taken here. Optional work, taxes and third-party costs are confirmed separately.
